The staff was friendly and accommodating, helping us settle in quickly. We appreciated the spacious rooms, which provided enough space for our family and kids to move around comfortably. The location was convenient too, making it easy to explore local attractions.

In my wife’s opinion, it felt unsafe outside the hotel at night. There were no proper security measures in place, and the noise from neighboring rooms made it hard to sleep with young kids. Better security would make it more family-friendly.

The new front desk staff provided exceptional service, being both professional and attentive. While the outside has been cleaned and painted beautifully, the room still shows signs of needed improvements, with minor discomfort during the stay. Ice machines or vending options would be a welcome addition to improve guest convenience in the ongoing Arizona heat.

It was just a fitting option for a momentary visit in Phoenix with great value for money. The room and sheets seemed clean, which was nice. Just be aware of the noise from above. it's loud when others walk around.
